During an intervention on the Referendum show, Eugenia Gusilov outlined what Romania emergency aid to the Republic of Moldova should entail in a worst case scenario involving zero Russian gas this winter.

She emphasized the need for at least 600 million cubic meters of gas for the four coldest months from November to February. As of September 30, Romania had 2.9 billion cubic meters stored in its facilities, meaning the aid for Moldova would represent about 20 percent, or one fifth, of this total quantity.
