During her first appearance on TVR Moldova on the show Conexiuni, Eugenia Gusilov discussed the gas stored in European warehouses and the negative effects of super taxation, particularly on companies with upcoming investments aimed at increasing gas production, such as Romgaz in Romania.
She also highlighted the danger of capping the purchase price of natural gas for all suppliers delivering gas to Europe rather than exclusively targeting Russia. Furthermore, she analyzed how the war in Ukraine has completely shifted the perspective on previous energy decisions, including moving away from coal, shutting down nuclear power plants in Germany, and relying on natural gas for the energy transition.
