On Tuesday, March 24, during the Prim Plan show on Știrile TVR, Eugenia Gusilov analyzed the package of measures proposed by the government to reduce fuel prices, alongside the categorical refusal to modify the excise tax.
The proposed measures are viewed as palliative solutions that fail to resolve the core issue. The fundamental problem lies elsewhere, specifically in excessive state taxation, which imposes taxes per liter of fuel that exceed the actual cost of the commodity being sold.
