On Tuesday, April 16, on TV Moldova1, Eugenia Gusilov discussed with Radu Osipov the consequences of the attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. She pointed out that if European aid for repairing the energy infrastructure does not come bundled with air defense means, it is like pouring water into sand, as Russia will simply destroy everything that gets repaired. Moldova remains vulnerable and risks becoming a collateral victim. Therefore, in the short term, much greater attention must be directed toward investments in energy resilience microsolutions.
