Black Sea Offshore conference 2014
Romania Energy Center (ROEC) is an official partner to the 2nd International Black Sea Offshore Conference that will take place in Constanta, on October 15-16, 2014. The conference is organized by Global Business Club Ltd. and is officially supported by the National Agency for Mineral Resources of Romania (NAMR). It is the only Black Sea focused event in the region which gives a complete overview of existing projects and promising offshore blocks across the entire Black Sea area: Romania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Russia, Georgia and Ukraine.
